1. There is abnormal noise when the worktable moves or the movement is stuck: it is generally caused by dirt in the guide rail or the lack of lubricating oil in the guide rail. After cleaning the guide rail, apply lubricating oil again.


2. The smooth rod of the workbench is idling or the friction transmission is not smooth: Generally, the tightness of the compression spring that is in contact with the friction machine is not appropriate, and the screw of the compression spring can be properly locked or loosened according to the situation.


3. The worktable can only move to one side: check whether the limit switch is in good condition, or whether the limit switch circuit is in good condition.


4. Lifting transmission failure: Generally, adjusting the screw fixing screw and Z-axis tightening screw can ensure smooth and smooth lifting.


5. The projection screen does not rotate smoothly and has abnormal noise: impurities and rust stains on the end surface can be cleaned.


6. There is no image in the image area: you can check whether the video input cable is plugged in, or reset the video input signal in the software system.


7. The data area of the automatic image measuring instrument is abnormally counted: the general reason is that the signal line is not in good contact, or the system setting is incorrect. You can re-plug the signal line, or set the linear compensation value of each number axis correctly according to the method in the manual.


8. The button fails and the system does not respond: the system can be cleaned up and restarted.


9. A black screen appears in the image area: Check whether the power cord and signal line of the monitor are plugged in properly, and measure the power supply voltage with a multimeter to determine whether it is a power board problem.


10. Imaging problems (such as blurred images, dark areas, black spots): The objective lens, worktable glass, condenser lens, reflector, and projection screen can be cleaned according to different situations. When such a situation occurs, it is generally because these parts are not clean or have foreign objects.

2. After the instrument is used, the working surface should be wiped clean at any time, and then covered with a dust jacket.




3. The transmission mechanism and motion guide rail of the instrument should be lubricated regularly to make the mechanism move smoothly and maintain a good state of use.


4. If the glass and paint surface of the worktable are dirty, it can be wiped clean with neutral detergent and water. Never use organic solvents to wipe the paint surface, otherwise, the paint surface will lose its luster.


5. The LED light source of the instrument has a long service life, but when a light bulb burns out, please notify the manufacturer and a professional will replace it for you.


6. The precision parts of the instrument, such as the imaging system, worktable, optical scale and Z-axis transmission mechanism, need to be precisely adjusted. All adjustment screws and fastening screws have been fixed. Customers should not disassemble by themselves. If there is any problem, please notify the manufacturer solve.


7. The software has accurately compensated the error between the worktable and the optical ruler, please do not change it by yourself. Otherwise, erroneous measurement results will be produced.


8. Generally, do not unplug all electrical connectors of the instrument. If they have been unplugged, they must be correctly inserted and tightened according to the mark. Improper connection may affect the function of the instrument at least, and may damage the system at worst.
