1. Daily maintenance

When starting the machine for the first time every day, use a clean cotton (silk) cloth or cotton wool to dip a small amount (it is advisable not to flow downward when scrubbing the facade of the guide rail) ethanol alcohol or 120# aviation gasoline to wipe the guide rail surface (must be used when cleaning the guide rail surface). clean gasoline);

2. Weekly maintenance

3. Monthly maintenance

Check the filter element of the triple filter for contamination. If serious pollution is found, the filter element needs to be cleaned or replaced, and if necessary, additional air filter and freeze dryer are required to improve the air quality.

4. Quarterly maintenance

Check for contamination, loose or damaged wiring within the control system.

Check the air system and piping for ruptures.

Check whether the grating scale and reading head are too dirty (refer to the original manual for detailed operation).
