1. Thin-walled parts

Thin-walled parts are a type of parts that are widely used in the automotive industry, have high quality requirements, and are difficult to measure. It mainly includes sub-assemblies, stamping parts, instrument panels, interior parts, plastic parts, etc., which have typical thin-walled parts that are easily deformed. 3. Box-type workpieces: Many parts of the powertrain part of the car have complex structures and have certain requirements for rigidity and strength. Such as shafts, connecting rod pistons, engine blocks, reducers, etc. The inspection of box-type parts in the automotive industry has distinct characteristics: multi-parameter comprehensive inspection; a large amount of data analysis and statistical analysis, which requires final inspection; relatively complex parts with large changes in volume and high flexibility.
