1. Check the measurement accuracy

2. Check the measurement range

For the workpiece to be measured, it is not necessarily the entire workpiece. Therefore, when choosing a measuring machine, it is necessary to ensure that the measuring range of the measuring machine can cover the part to be measured. In addition, it is also necessary to consider whether the workpiece can be installed on the machine. It is a good idea to select the measuring range according to the size of the workpiece.


3. Production depends on the type of measuring machine. According to the degree of automation, measuring machines can be divided into two forms: manual and automatic. We should choose the appropriate type according to our actual situation.

1. Preparation before measurement:

3. Measurement operation

a. After the Z axis moves to its original position, lock it

b. Move the X and Y axes to the center and lock them

c. Turn off the power supply and pressure valve

d. Remove the probe

e. Make proper maintenance
